We’re thrilled to announce and welcome Paul Weppner as our new Director of Food & Beverage to Bayside.

Paul has more than 15 years of management experience in food and beverage industry. He earned his BS in hospitality management as well as a degree in culinary arts at Baltimore International College. Prior to joining us, he served as the Director of Operations for Copper Kitchen, a premium off-premises caterer in Baltimore along with starting his career with the Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Paul’s diverse background has spanned all the departments including time as an executive chef, sales, equipment rentals, delivery, and logistics. Paul takes pride in building high-functioning teams and coaching each member so they can reach their full potential. One of his greatest pleasures is the satisfaction that comes from exceeding a guest’s expectations. Please welcome him to Bayside!
