On Friday, February 3rd, Michelle Freeman, the Carl M. Freeman Companies, and employees of Bayside all gathered to celebrate the installation of the highest steel beam to go within The Health and Aquatic Club at Bayside.

The Health and Aquatic Club will feature an indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, multipurpose room, mens’ and womens’ locker rooms, and a concession stand. With a slated completion date of Fall 2017, the highly anticipated recreation facility won’t be the only upcoming new amenity addition to the community of Bayside. Carl M. Freeman Companies will also begin developing an outdoor poor at The Point and a formal clubhouse within the community, both slated to begin development in the winter of 2017, and an estimated completion date of summer 2017 for The Point pool, and winter 2019 for the clubhouse.
