Andrew joins the Bayside team from Leominster, Massachusetts, where he was the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at The International Golf Club & Resort in Bolton. He started as a line cook and quickly rose to success as an executive chef, opening a brand-new restaurant from the ground up! He is a creative thinker who has remarkable knowledge of the latest food trends and a strong commitment to above and beyond service. He grew up helping his grandmother in the kitchen, making meals for the entire family, and has turned that love of all things culinary into a passionate career. Andrew loves the beach, golfing, and doing anything outdoors with his dog, Mac! He is looking forward to sharing his goal of simple elegance with everyone here at Bayside!

 

Irena Jones
Assistant F&B Director
Irena graduated with her Master’s Degree in Education from UMD College Park and worked for the PG County public school system. Her management career started at the White Flint Cheesecake Factory in 2011, where she grew to be the Assistant GM and a Certified Mentor. She has also managed Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Reston, VA, and Eddie V’s Prime Seafood Restaurant in Tyson’s Corner. She is a big foody and a Level 1 Sommelier. She is a beach lover, an avid surfer, and loves to golf. Her dream has been to move close to the beach, which she achieved this February when she moved to Ocean Pines with her beloved dachshund, Dewey!
