Chef Rhian Morrison, sous chef of SoDel Concepts’s Bluecoast in Bethany, joins us in celebration of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and herbs! SoDel Concepts is known for their beautiful, simple creations featuring locally sourced food. Chef Rian will demonstrate a delicious menu focused on just that! The menu is set to include:

  • Green gazpacho with crab salad
  • Roasted beets with homemade ricotta, pistachios and citrus vinaigrette
  • Tuna sashimi with watermelon and cherry tomato salad with avocado crema, jalapeño vinaigrette
  • Pineapple shrub, ginger beer, lime, Thai basil

You may wonder – what is a shrub? Definitely not the evergreens in your front yard! It is a vinegar-y drink featuring fresh fruit. Shrubs have held their place in hydration for hundreds of years!
