Chef Frank returns with his “Cook Like an Italian” series featuring 100-year old family recipe along with modern takes on classic favorites.  In this multi-part series, learn how to make everything from pane (bread and pizza) to dolce (desserts).  Not only will you learn how to cook like an Italian, you’ll feel like you are in culinary school as you learn some culinary history, proper technique, and science along to the way.

There are no pre-requisites and each session is self-contained.  You may attend any or all.

Earth Day Clean-Up @ The Point

Join your neighbors and the Bayside team for a clean-up at The Point to celebrate Earth Day and our beautiful slice of this planet. Trash bags will be provided.

Please dress appropriately. Boots, gardening gloves, long sleeves and pants recommended as it can be muddy and buggy. Bug spray is also recommended to protect from ticks and other bug bites.

This workshop will use the latest research findings from Titleist Performance Institute on ways to prepare yourself for returning to playing golf this spring and types of warm-ups for golf. This interactive workshop is designed to be informative, but actionable with going through a golf dynamic warm-up that has been shown to improve driving distance and accuracy!

Dr. Trevor Hirsch’s passion is working with golfers to improve their performance and longevity in playing golf with golf fitness as well as treating injuries that golfers experience with Golf Specific Physical Therapy. Dr. Hirsch is certified through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to help golfers in addition to his Doctor of Physical Therapy training. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
