Your new home may or may not be your home-away-from home, but regardless it’s the perfect place to kickback and enjoy. Our secluded, private peninsula of sun and sand is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing stroll along the water at sunset or an adventurous afternoon of paddle boarding.

Our signature Sun Ridge pool offers a special Kids Splash Zone—perfect for your little ones. Enjoy watching the children splash about or jump in one of our pools yourself and enjoy a refreshing dip in the water. Vacation homes are about relaxation for the whole family. Your time spent at Bayside—whether full time or part time— should be nothing short of relaxing and refreshing.

Fun & Family Time

Do we need to remind you that you’re here to have fun? Let down your hair and spend afternoons riding bikes along our nature trails or at the beach building sand castles, which is just a few short miles away.
