Yoga For Golfers® blends Western biomechanical science with Eastern mind/body conditioning, to drive immediate improvements in performance on the golf course with no previous yoga experience needed. Please bring a bottle of water and your yoga mat (if you have one available to you, otherwise additional mats will be available to borrow).

YFG focuses on:

  • Quieting the mind and proper breathing techniques to achieve focus and relaxation.
  • Achieving body symmetry, balance, and alignment through the swing to increase power and stability on uneven lies.
  • Enhancing flexibility and core development to improve mobility, strength, power and endurance.
  • YFG extends the body’s ability to play, minimizing discomforts and risk of injury, allowing golfers to play better, longer, with more confidence and increased enjoyment.
