Join us for a creative and relaxing morning of Yoga and Mandala Rock Painting!
We will enjoy a gentle yoga practice with guided meditation and breathwork. We will discuss the meaning and history of mandalas and show examples of many different styles and examples of mandalas that you can consider painting on your rocks. Mandalas have a very interesting background! It is a sacred ancient practice engaged by Tibetan Monks and many other cultures. You’ll be amazed at what those scared circles represent and how meditative this art project can be! All supplies will be provided.
