This month, Irena Jones, Level 1 Sommelier, will take you through a lovely wine selection from Skyside Winery! We are going to welcome fall with a glass of Chandon Garden champagne and taste wines purchased from Skyside winery. This tasting will be mostly for red wine lovers, and we will discuss the best red wine and food pairing options and try the samples provided by Chef Nick.
