New this year is the Bayside Institute Wine Club, which features classes independently designed to increase your worldly knowledge and taste of wines. This month, Irena Jones, Level 1 Sommelier, will guide you (and your tastebuds!) through an Intro to Food & Wine Pairings course. Each guest will have the opportunity to taste wine, as Irena will provide instruction on proper food and wine pairings. Each guest will receive a plate of cheese and crackers to accompany the wine samples.
Please note, cancellations will not be accepted after 48 hours in advance of the class. The class fee will be applied to your account.
