This month, Irena Jones, Level 1 Sommelier, will be featuring Bouchaine Winery from Carneros Valley in Napa Valley. They are known for outstanding Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays due to its cool climate. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will be present on both tastings, but the rest of the wines will vary greatly. Price reflects higher tiered wines selected for this month.
