Day One, Wednesday, September 11th
Pasta is one of the most popular dishes in America and even in countries around the world. In this first class, we will talk about freshly made pasta, dry pasta and extruded pasta, as well as the correct times to use these different types. Learn how to make fresh dough, and taste the striking difference between fresh and dried!
Day Two, Thursday, September 12th
On our second day of pasta we will dive farther into the world of fresh pasta, making two different fresh pastas, stuffed pastas while getting creative with shapes and stuffings. We will go a bit more in depth with fresh pastas and different flours and types of fresh pasta.
