The Five Tibetan Rites: Originating in the Himalayas, the five yogic exercises known as the Five Tibetans take only a minimum of daily time and effort but dramatically increase physical strength, energy, and suppleness as well as mental acuity. Come discover an ancient practice that has the potential to improve your life day by day! Please dress to actively participate in gentle movements during this class.
The Five Tibetan Rites will be lead by one of our favorite wellness professionals, Kim Blanch. Kim is a Registered Nurse and currently works in Population Health at Beebe Hospital. She also has extensive training in alternative modalities of wellness including Ayurveda, massage, yoga, and more.
