Due to the overwhelming response, and the request for a fall course tour, Bob Crowther, Bayside’s Director of Golf, is delighted to share his knowledge of the course yet again. Apart from admiring the absolute beauty of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, you will have the opportunity to learn so much more about what it takes to maintain impeccable conditions, what goes in to the design and layout of the course, measures for playability, and the relationship of the golf course to nature. Bring your questions too! Bob has answered everything from “what is the tipping etiquette for the bag drop” to “how many gallons of water does it take to water the course” to “what time does the crew start each day to prepare the course”.
With beautiful fall weather and the migration season, this will be a wonderful time to relax, zip around in a golf cart, and learn more about Bayside.
Although this class is offered free of charge, preregistration is required as space is limited. The tour will accommodate a maximum of 22 members.
