In honor of the Seas The Day Event and Parade, Bayside Institute is supplying cards and crafts so you can make your own “thank you’s” for these Very Important Families visiting Bayside. Supplies will be in the multipurpose room 9am-6pm, so you can make at your leisure. The cards will be given out to the families on Friday during the welcome home parade and dinner.
“Operation SEAs the Day,” is a beach week event that is held in Bethany Beach, for our veterans who are recovering from injuries sustained while serving our country, and their families. During this week, Bethany Beach will be hosting 25 soldiers and their immediate families for a well-deserved week of rest and relaxation. The families will be staying in homes/condos donated to them by local homeowners and provided the resources to have a stress-free vacation. Bayside will host a parade and night out for the families.
