This will include injury prevention, the importance of proper warm-up/cool-down protocols, nutrition and performance health. He will be discussing integrated training protocols that will translate to your game and everyday life.
Erik is an award-winning fitness professional and Fitness Educator who has been in the Fitness Industry for 18 years, with a specialization in senior fitness, human performance and lifestyle management. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and is a Master Practitioner through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Science Association and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association.
