In this class, Chef Weasey, of Cooking made Weasey, will discuss the vast array of culinary fats and oils and their importance in the kitchen. She will explain when to use which fats or oils for each cooking medium, and why choosing the right oil is so important. We will also try samples of different types of oils and fats. After this class, you will cook with confidence knowing you have chosen the right fat or oil to compliment your cooking method and dish!
