How often do you take the time to take a few moments out of your day to stop and sit still and observe being in the moment? To simply observe what it is like being YOU? In today’s busy lifestyle most of us are either running from one activity to the next, checking our phones, thinking about what we did yesterday or what we have to do tomorrow. We are never truly fully living life for what it is, as we let each moment pass us by unnoticed. Mindfulness meditation is a practice that allows one to begin to get in touch with themselves in the present moment. It is proven to reduces stress, anxiety and to allow people to live fuller lives.
