Join Raylen Williams from Union of Body, Mind and Soul for a relaxing morning of mindful meditation and yoga to truly center your mind and body. Explore the practice of meditation through this guided experience, with time to connect with those sharing the experience. After a brief break, Raylen will guide attendees through a yoga class for all, with options for those who would like to participate through chair yoga. At the end, explore sound and vibration as a way to calm the nervous system. Leave relax and refreshed, ready to take on the day.

About Raylen: Raylen Williams sees herself as a student of life, open to learn what each experience has to offer.  She continues to be humbled by the interconnectedness of human relations.  She loves exploring connection, learning various ways of connecting, and sharing what she learns in the community.

Raylen completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2012 and meditation teacher training in 2014 through Empowered Yoga.  In addition, she is a certified Balanced Athlete coach, LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner in training. She remains passionate in supporting health and well-being for all.
