Braeden Bumpers, cofounder and distiller of McClintock Distilling in Frederick Md, will guide you through the history and production process of making gin. You will get to sample and smell individual botanicals and learn about taste profiles of different styles of gins. You will then be able to make your own custom gin blend of botanicals to take home and have your own compound gin. Class price includes gin tasting, one 750ml bottle and botanicals, and a plate of cheese and crackers.
