Winner, winner, chicken… liver?! That’s not how it usually goes but in this cooking demonstration with Chef Norris Anthony, chicken liver is on the menu! Chef Norris, from Matt’s Fish Camp in Bethany, is delighted to push the boundaries of your taste buds with his unusual selection, among some other deliciously familiar items. He will share with us recipes, demonstration and samples of the following:
- Buffalo fried chicken liver with honey butter glazed cornbread, blue cheese slaw
- Lemon and herb roasted chicken with creamy smashed potatoes and kale, crispy chicken skin crumb
- Creme brulee with berry jam
