Hello Bayside Members,
The joy and beauty of the season is apparent every year at Bayside! The neighborhood lights up with lovely holiday displays, and this year Bayside Institute would like to award “best in show!” Bayside homeowners will use their creativity and design expertise to showcase their home for the holidays. We will be awarding an interior and exterior designer. You may register your home for both contests, or just one. Participating homes must adhere to all HOA exterior guidelines. Winners of each contest will win a $150 Signatures gift card and a trophy!
Registration for indoor decor ends December 11th – you must submit a picture.
Registration for outdoor decor ends December 11th – Erika will schedule a time to take a picture of the outside of the home.
Once registration ends, we will open the website to voting! All voting is done ONLINE ONLY and open to only Bayside homeowners.
