Is balance a concern for you? Do you experience stiffness or limitations in joint range of motion? If so, you may benefit from attending this gentle exercise session which works every joint in the body while incorporating various activities to improve balance and prevent falls. Participants will be provided with a handout which will walk them through a home program.
Class will be led by fellow Baysider, Donna Morse, a physical therapist with over 35 years experience in the field.
Come dressed wearing comfortable gym attire, tennis/running shoe or yoga socks.
