Are you are considering updating your estate plan or creating your estate plan for the first time?  This course is designed for attendees who want to learn about developing a comprehensive estate plan to protect themselves and those they love.  Leslie Case DiPietro is an experienced estate planning and elder law attorney with DiPietro Law, LLC.  She will present the course in three, digestible sessions.  While attendees are encouraged to attend all three sessions, each session will stand on its own and may be attended in isolation. Probate is a legal process that our family or friends may need to navigate when we pass away.  We’ll take time to learn about the process.  We’ll also discuss proven strategies to avoid probate and reduce the burden for our trusted decision makers if we become incapacitated or pass away.

Many are worried about the financial impact long term care may have on their life savings.  This session will provide information about benefit programs available to assist with the cost of long term care and how your estate plan can be developed to protect assets – whether you are simply preparing for the possibility of a future long term care event, or you or a loved one are in need of care today.
