The holidays come once a year and celebrations go hand in hand.  Real edible gold dust will wow your guests and make for a more memorable occasion. Deborah Walker writes a regular column for Ocean City Today, “Entertaining on a Budget,” and provides fun and delicious recipes on DelmarvaLife, she will be leading the class to teach us how to Entertain for the Holidays! We will be making bruschetta and enjoying it with a glass of wine!
Bruschetta is a great way to start any holiday festivities.  Variance is key when entertaining and raises the level of anticipation.  Red Roma tomatoes are preferred when making winter bruschetta.  The addition of green capers highlights the holiday theme.  Edible gold dust lifts this dish to new heights. and puts this appetizer in a category of its own.
While we are on the subject of the holidays, we will go over some entertaining tips that will set the stage for festive celebrations.  Food, beverages, presentation, table-settings, flower arrangements are just a dew topics that should be considered.  Even knowing which side the salt shaker should be placed on makes a difference and an impression.
