SoDel Concepts is joining us again! Throughout the year, different chefs from their various (and delicious) restaurants will be joining us to teach us a thing or two about the culinary world. First up, and just in time for Valentine’s Day, is a wonderful pasta meal complete with a fun cocktail and truffles! Chef Brenton, Chef of Matt’s Fish Camp in North Bethany, is thrilled to demonstrate a refreshing, sparkling cocktail crafted from Matt’s Sodas, a creamy lobster carbonara, and mouthwatering chocolate truffles for dessert.
