In this class Chef Weasey will go over basic knife types, techniques, and care. You will learn basic knife cuts like “brunoise”, “Julienne” and many more. Chef Weasey will also cover knife sharpening basics, how to properly “hone” a knife and which sharpening tool is best for you and your knives. Please have a few large carrots and a potato or two to try out your new knife skills!
