In this class Chef Weasey will teach you about different cuts of meats and how to choose the correct ones for specific cooking methods. You will learn about multiple beef cuts like NY Strip, Short Rib, as well as how to break down a whole chicken into its respective cuts. Chef Weasey will talk about general butchery and meat cooking techniques in depth so be sure to bring a notepad!
