Enjoy your afternoon with an organic, vegan cooking demo at the beautiful Salisbury House, a bed and breakfast Tuscan retreat, less than 10 miles away from Bayside. Owner, Michele Salisbury, will provide you with a cooking demonstration of her delicious twist on “Lunch in Maine.”

Learn how to make from scratch:

  1. Hearts of Palm Lobster Rolls on tasted hoagie roll (yes, all vegan!)
  2. Vegan Creamy Potato Salad
  3. Rainbow Coleslaw
