Cook Like an Italian – Join Chef Frank for his live demonstration of two of his Italian family recipes. He will be demonstrating “Nonni’s Chicken” – braised chicken thighs in a rosemary wine sauce and Fagiolini pomodoro (pictured) – Blanched Green Beans sautéed in a diced tomato salsa. Chef Frank will demonstrate and plate the composed dish, then treat each attendee to a buffet. The meal will be accompanied by Chef Frank’s homemade focaccia and a glass of wine.
