Chef Frank is back to show how to make a healthier version of classic potato gnocchi and how to turn those wonderful tomatoes you’ll get this summer into a delicious sugo (sauce) to pair with the gnocchi.  Chef will demonstrate both cauliflower gnocchi and sugo, then serve to the attendees along with a glass of wine.  En boca al lupo! Please note this cooking class is not GF.
