Kick your workout into high gear with this challenging martial arts workout!
Bayside welcomes all members to join in an outdoor fitness class schedule! Outdoor classes will provide proper spacing between everyone to be safe and contact free of others while enjoying the benefits of exercise in the great outdoors. It will be necessary to bring your own mat, blanket or towel for anytime the exercise may have a need to be on the grass or hard surface.
We will hold classes weather permitting.
