Breath is essential to life. In our lifetime, it is the very first thing and the very last thing we do. In between those moments, we take about half a billion breaths. We can train ourselves to breathe in a way that has a positive impact on our health. In this workshop, we’ll learn how the mind, body, and breath are intimately connected and how they can influence each other. Our breathing is affected by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be affected by our breath. Therefore, learning to breathe with awareness can become a valuable tool to restore and maintain balance in the mind and body.
