Breath is essential to life. In our lifetime, it is the very first thing and the very last thing we do. In between those moments, we take about half a billion breaths. We can train ourselves to breathe in a way that has a positive impact on our health. In August, we learned how the mind, body, and breath are intimately connected and how they can influence each other. Join us in October as we continue to explore the many ways our breath can help us regulate our thoughts and emotions, offering us an enhanced capacity for energy as well as the potential to create more health positive moments in our day!
