It’s “Health Eating” week and our final class of Wellness Month!
Making change, especially nutritional change is hard. Christi Davis (who is also a health coach) will show you how making 3 Steps to Wellness will help with making changes stick. We will be talking about food and beyond. It always comes down to the main fundamentals you are likely familiar with. Breaking them down into a more simplistic approach can help you make that change a lifestyle. This is going to be an interactive class. Come with a goal – optional to share with the group. And if you bring an accountability partner, you each get a special prize.
We will be providing a healthy snack during your workshop.
