Bayside was buzzing during President’s Day weekend as homeowners came down to enjoy the long weekend, participate in planned neighborhood activities, or to check out Bayside’s newest amenities! Check out a recap of the event by clicking HERE. The team at Bayside received questions throughout the weekend, we are excited to share an update on the community.
Beazer’s townhomes in Harbor Crest, near the Magnolia Tree, are taking shape. Prospective home buyers and homeowners were able to take a muddy boots tour of the model. The views are some of the absolute best in Bayside! Visit Jim at the Welcome Center to learn more about this beautiful new homes. The furnished model is expected to be completed later this spring.
Eastpoint Beach is the newest neighborhood in Bayside and your last chance to own a home near The Point. Currently, these are some of the most unique lots in the community and the Schell team would love to show you! We have a beautiful new rendering of 38 Degrees, our newest waterfront pool and grille at The Point! The construction continues to make steady progress despite a rough winter of rain and cold. Decent weather in the next six weeks is crucial to the schedule, but we expect to be swimming and sipping at this incredible amenity this summer. For your safety, we remind everyone that this area is an active construction site and closed to all traffic. Below is the rendering.
Heron’s Ridge is the neighborhood at the corner of Route 54 and Sand Cove Rd. We are scheduled to begin site work there this spring in preparation for Beazer to start building villas this summer. This area was annexed into Bayside in the summer of 2016 and will be home to 48 Beazer villas.
In addition, we have received inquires regarding a parcel of land on Williamsville Rd. We are on the Sussex County Planning and Zoning agenda this month for a potential change of zone on the parcel and annexation into Bayside. While we do not own the land at this time, the land is being presented to other land developers, and we want to make sure that this land is protected and in the best interest of the community. Most of the parcel is wetlands and will not be disturbed. The remaining portion of the land would be developed as homes and our community would still be well under our approved density. The homebuilding and sitework activities on the way to The Point continue at an accelerated pace. In the interest of safety and order for all, there will be a security guard on site every day. Colin will be starting next week to assist with traffic, safety and staging. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Looking forward to a great summer!
