Bayside welcomes all its members to join in our new outdoor fitness class schedule! Yes these classes will be “socially distant” so no need for any concern, We will properly space everyone to be safe and contact free of others while enjoying the benefits of exercise in the great outdoors. Our certified instructors will guide you through a range of different classes to keep you “movin and groovin” during this time when our indoor facilities are closed.
We will be holding daily fitness classes starting at 11am all week long! The classes will be held in the space behind The Health and Aquatic Club near the Freeman Stage every day at 11am for approximately 45 minutes. Please dress in layers as the weather changes quickly this time of the year. We cannot allow members or guests into the health and aquatic club building so please plan accordingly.
We suggest you bring personal yoga or exercise mats, blankets or towels for anytime the exercise may have a need to be on the grass or hard surface. To participate fully in Golf Fitness with Bob we would recommend you bring a golf club. The classes will be held weather permitting of course and you can call the club at 302-988-2315 anytime after 9am to check on availability.
