• Locker reservation requests will be processed in order of submission.
• Once you’ve submitted your form, Johnny Martin will reach out with more details to include location and number.
• You will hold that locker and subsequent fees until you resign your membership or surrender your locker. Lockers are available to Premier Members only.
• By submitting this form, you understand the locker request is not guaranteed until notice is given.
• Please fill in all fields below and select your locker size.
• The 2021 annual locker rental fee is $215 for a full-size locker and $100 for half-size. The selected locker amount will be posted on your member account prior to obtaining the locker.
• Refunds or prorated amounts are not available.
