Bring peace to your mind, body and spirit through asanas (yoga posture) and pranayama (breathing exercises).  Focus will be on strength, balance, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.  This can be enjoyed by beginners and more advanced yogis.

Bring your own mat to the Point.

Classes at the point are weather permitting.  In case of cool temperatures (under 60 degrees) or wet weather class will be held at the Health and Aquatic Club.  Please call 302-988-2315 for updates.

WERKIT CIRCUIT! is an interval-based 50-minute body conditioning program consisting of high volume, low resistance weight training, giving attention to all major muscle groups with an emphasis on core strength and cardio endurance, activating both slow and fast-twitch muscle fibers. We’ll pull out all the gym toys in this 50-minute class to constantly challenge the muscles in different ways. This class can be modified for all levels of fitness.
