Yoga w/Murray @ The Point

Bring peace to your mind, body and spirit through asanas (yoga posture) and pranayama (breathing exercises).  Focus will be on strength, balance, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.  This can be enjoyed by beginners and more advanced yogis.

Bring your own mat to the Point.

Classes at the point are weather permitting.  In case of cool temperatures (under 60 degrees) or wet weather class will be held at the Health and Aquatic Club.  Please call 302-988-2315 for updates.

Kids Night Out for ages 5 and up – Registration required @ The Health and Aquatic Club

A fun social event for “kids only” to enjoy and a great opportunity to meet new friends.  Begin the evening with ice-breakers and active games, followed by a pizza dinner, a movie, coloring crafts and dessert..
