The Southern Delaware housing market certainly started 2014 off on the right foot! Recent reports show that January home sales were up an incredible 31% year-over-year in Sussex County. This includes the sale of single-family homes, which grew by 27%, and townhome sales, which saw a 42% increase.
While everyone is celebrating the start of spring, here at Bayside, we’re celebrating the beginning of something else – golf season!
