Bayside was recently recognized by not one, but two national magazines for our incredible resort community and renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
In the recent special real estate issue of LINKS Magazine, a publication focusing on resorts and golf courses, Bayside was named one of the best communities in the country for the resort lifestyle. According to the magazine, communities like Bayside allow residents to “enjoy all the benefits of a top resort while also being right at home,” giving them the feeling of being on a vacation without having to travel from their home! The article points out that Bayside in particular is an excellent destination for the resort lifestyle, with plenty of open space and our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. LINKS also states that the “smart buyer” should consider Bayside to avoid the crowds at the Delaware beaches during the busy season. Bayside was one of only two dozen communities that gained recognition from LINKS for excellent in resort style living.
Bayside was also recently recognized as one of Golfweek’s Best Residential Courses in their 2015 ranking!
