I have had a lot of fun enjoying the summer programs alongside you, and can’t wait to introduce you to some of the cultural and wellness opportunites to come. However, let’s not wish summer over yet, and keep enjoying these great offerings through the Bayside Institute. Highlights for August:

Monday Meditation at The Point continues. Offered every Monday morning in August, start your day with a morning affirmation in a calm setting by the water. If you are new to meditation, this is a great way to try it out!

Wine Education and Tasting Tours at Salted Vines. This program features six dates of exclusive wine tastings set in a beautiful, local vineyard. View the video below for more information. There are only three more seats for Wednesday, August 11th, register here! 

Thompson Island Beer Tasting Picnic LunchOur second series of the Thompson Island Beer Tasting is set on Tuesday, August 17th, at 38 Degrees. Sample three newly released craft beers and enjoy a lunch from the Juicebox. Bayside branded cooler bag included to all particpants! Register for the program here.

Yappy Hour Benefiting the SPCA. Join us for two hours of outdoors and connection with our best furry friends. We will provide cold beverages for the humans, and treats for pups! The Brandywine SPCA, out of Georgetown, Delaware, will be at the event to introduce you to the animals that benefit from donations to their organization.
