Bayside celebrates its 10th anniversary on June 26th and got an awesome early gift! The beach homes community received eight of the prestigious Regal awards, given by the Home Builders Association of Delaware, a member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). Among those awards was the coveted “Community with the Best Amenity Value” and the “Community of the Year” award!

Families can also find a variety of activities at Bayside. We have a packed schedule of activities at the Bayside Institute. Here you will find life enrichment classes that will help you learn new skills and abilities in an intimate setting. We also feature many programs, events and live music that the whole family can enjoy. For your kids, we feature kids golf, tennis camps, a kids splash park and a family activity room with ping pong, board games and a Wii. If you’re looking to see a bit of Mother Nature, you can take the family on one of our beautiful nature trails.
If you’re just looking for a few moments of relaxation, Bayside also has plenty to offer you. Take a stroll down to The Point and observe one of the best views of the Ocean City skyline you will find. You could also enjoy a day of fishing or crabbing at The Point, along with a relaxing kayak or paddle board ride. Another resident favorite is our restaurant overlooking the 18th green, The Cove Bar & Grill, where you can stop by for a leisurely meal or an after-dinner cocktail.
