Sign up now at the Health & Aquatic Club for the Triathlon Challenge starting January 4th – February 15th! There will be a log book kept at the Health & Aquatic Club to help keep track of your miles.

-Swim or Walk in the pool for 5 miles (350 lengths)
-Run or Walk indoor or outdoors for 15 miles
-Bike indoors or outdoors for 45 miles

Please note the bike and run events can be done outside The Health & Aquatic Club. Work at your own pace.  Complete the Triathlon and win a t-shirt!
