The course will only be open to Golf and Sports Members and their accompanied guests. Range closes at 10:00am every Tuesday to prepare for this fun event! All free of charge!

Junior Intermediate Orange Ball Clinic @ Bayside Tennis Courts

The orange ball is where the juniors begin to utilize serves, volleys and strategy. The orange ball is only 50% slower then a normal ball. The racket frames increase in length to 25 inches, and the court grows to 60 feet in length. With the orange ball, we utilize the regular net. Recommended ages are 7-10. We work on spins, developing points and covering the court.

Guided Kayak Tours @ The Point

Guided kayak tours will be led by an experienced naturalist. Participants will learn about our local ecosystems, geology, history and the wildlife of our coastal inland bays. Ages: 12 years old and up (unless in tandem kayak). Children 11 and under in Tandem Kayak $5

This on-location course will use the beauty of Bayside as the backdrop for photography and camera instruction with the purpose of developing your “eye” for great photographs.  Photowalking is a social activity for camera enthusiasts who gather in a group to take pictures, develop photo perspectives and learn how to apply photography skills in the real world!  Participants will be given a list of photo prompts to capture and share results with the group.  On-site instruction for improving your photography will be provided.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to apply camera basics for composing beautiful photographs.
  • How to spot beautiful photographic opportunities.
  • How to utilize surrounding light to properly light your subject(s).
  • How to take more impactful photos of people, landscapes, architecture, and more.

$7 for Members, $12 for Guests & Extended Family Members
