A Beach Community Where Nature Rules
Bayside is also a beach community where nature abounds and the coastal protection of the area's natural resources is critical. With open space accounting for more than 50% of the community and 287-acres set aside in a conservation easement, Bayside has been recognized for its environmental efforts by several organizations. In 2006, Bayside was named Community of the Year by Coastal Living magazine for its high environmental standards and sensitivity to its coastal environment.
