NVHomes’ Bornquist Model Opens at Bayside
Homebuyers can tour this luxurious single family model next weekend
SELBYVILLE, DE. December 16, 2008 – NVHomes' first model home at Bayside, the award-winning resort golf community near Fenwick Island, opens to the public on Saturday, December 27.
The new decorated model, called the Bornquist, is one of six different homestyles - five single family homes and a 2-story villa – NV offers at Bayside. NV will soon begin constructing a model of its Severn villa with plans for a February opening. NV's Bayside homes start in the low $300,000s.

The Bornquist model at Bayside is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,628 sq. ft. home that offers the best in first floor living. The basic floorplan of the Bornquist runs about 2,223 sq. ft with options for additional bedrooms, baths, bonus and sitting rooms that expand the living area to 2,700 sq. ft.
An open kitchen overlooks the great room which is perfect for family gatherings while a separate dining room with standard tray ceilings and columns allows for more formal entertaining. Tray ceilings are also standard in the foyer and owner's suite.
The other NV single family homestyles available at Bayside are the Armistead, starting at 2,068 sq. ft.; the Cavendish, starting at 2,432 sq. ft., the Falconcrest, starting at 2,801 sq. ft; and the Greystone, starting at 3,211 sq. ft. NV's Severn villa is a 2-story townhome with over 2,400 square feet of space. Its floorplan has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a first floor owner's suite and a loft area with options for an additional family room, sunroom and bedroom.
