Bayside Breaks Ground on Model Court
OCEAN VIEW, DE. November 18, 2004 – Carl M. Freeman Communities today broke ground for the model court at Bayside, a waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, Delaware.
The model court will include six single family homes which are expected to be open for touring next Spring. Several townhome models are planned for construction in 2005.

Bayside is a master-planned community located off Route 54 just west of Fenwick Island, Delaware. Over 300 homes equaling $129 million in property have been sold at Bayside since its opening in June. It will feature a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and consist of a mix of home types and a variety of high-end recreational amenities. Its unique town center will host both retail and office space. Designed with over 50% open space, it favors the protection of natural resources on the 867 acre property.
