Bayside's Second Release Sells Out in One Day
OCEAN VIEW, DE. November 1, 2004 – Carl M. Freeman Communities today announced that all the homes and homesites released for sale on Saturday, October 30th sold within 12 hours at Bayside, a waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, Delaware.
Included in this most recent property release at Bayside were 15 townhomes and 30 single family homes in the Sun Ridge and Commons neighborhoods. The result was more than $20 million in home and homesite purchases in one day. Over $129 million in property has been sold at Bayside since June.
