NVHomes Begins Construction of Its
Model Homes at Bayside

Bornquist Single Family Model will be open by mid-December

SELBYVILLE, DE. October 31, 2008 – NVHomes, one of the nation’s top luxury homebuilders, has begun construction of a single family home model at Bayside -- one of two model homes the company plans to build at the resort golf community near Fenwick Island.

NV has been selling a variety of single family homes and villas at Bayside since the end of August when the company became affiliated with Carl M. Freeman Companies, the developer of Bayside. “We are excited to see construction begin on one of our models at Bayside,” said Todd Hickman, division manager and vice president of NVHomes’ Maryland Delaware Coastal division. “Homebuyers will soon have the opportunity to see the type of quality home we build. We believe they will be thrilled about the spaciousness of our homes and the variety of options we offer.”

NV expects its single family home model to be open by mid-December and its villa model should be open by February. The model opening in December is NV's “Bournquist” model, which is an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,223 sq. foot home with great room, 2-car garage, and first floor owner’s suite. Options available include bay windows, bonus rooms, sitting rooms, and additional bedrooms. Besides, the Bournquist, NV is offering 4 other single family homes at Bayside, ranging from 2,068 square feet to over 3,200 square feet.

The villa model that NV is building at Bayside is its “Severn” model, a 2-story townhome with over 2,400 square feet of space. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a first floor owner's suite and a loft area offers options for an additional family room, sunroom and bedroom.

All NV homes at Bayside start in the $300,000s and are Energy Star rated. Standard features such as tray ceilings, first floor owner's suite, Whirlpool appliances, and Timberlake 42" kitchen cabinetry make these homes a wonderful resort retreat. Homebuyers will have a choice of exterior elevations including stone, brick and HardiPlank siding.

The new neighborhood pool is in addition to Bayside's Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center, a 5,000 square foot facility with an outdoor pool, large whirlpool, tennis courts, splash zone for kids, fitness room, playground, snack bar, game room and sports courts for basketball and volleyball.

The community offers other recreational activities including an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, nature trails, access to Assawoman Bay for kayaking and canoeing, a beach shuttle and water taxi service, large central playground with a carousel, and an outdoor stage for concerts and theatre performances. A Harris Teeter supermarket opened in the community last winter and PNC Bank opened their office in the same complex earlier this year.
